Home!

We're finally home! I'm going to catch up on blogging, but I want to keep it in order. So, I'll finish with our last couple days in China and then our travel home. We are so glad to be home...and so tired.

February 23, 2012 - Submitted application to Lifeline Children's Services (Birmingham, AL)
March 1, 2012 - Accepted to China program and initial paperwork sent in
March 6, 2012 - Contacted International Family Services (agency in TX) about a contract home study. Began gathering paperwork!
March 7, 2012 - Orientation Interview with Lifeline
March 19, 2012 - Puzzle piece fundraiser began
April 20, 2012 - First home visit
April 27, 2012 - Second home visit
April 30, 2012 - Third home visit
May 11-12, 2012 - Second garage sale (first was in February prior to application)
June 26, 2012 - I800A sent to USCIS
July 14, 2012 - Fingerprinting appointment received
July 20, 2012 - Walk-in fingerprints - they took us early!
August 6, 2012 - Request for evidence received from USCIS
August 27, 2012 - I800 Approval received from USCIS! Dossier authentication begun.
September 18, 2012 - Dossier sent to China!
October 8, 2012 - Log In Date
November 26, 2012 - Referral for Calli received!
November 28, 2012 - Letter of Intent submitted
December 4, 2012 - PA!
December 27, 2012 - Out of translation
January 25, 2013 - Letter of Acceptance!!!
February 13, 2013 - I800 approved!
February 26, 2013 - Article 5 dropped off
March 12, 2013 - Article 5 picked up
